As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, and HR operations.
Role Overview
The Human Resources Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee employee onboarding and compliance procedures, and support workforce planning within the organisation. The successful candidate will ensure that HR practices align with UK employment law and healthcare industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Coordinate documentation, right-to-work checks, and compliance with UK immigration and employment regulations.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
* Liaise with department managers to identify workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
* Support onboarding of international and domestic employees.
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate employee training, inductions, and development programmes.
* Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
* Support employee relations matters and maintain professional workplace standards.
* Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive HR documentation.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification).
* Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, or industrial relations.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and compliance procedures.
* Experience handling documentation and regulatory checks.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Desirable
* Experience in healthcare or IT sector recruitment.
* Experience managing international recruitment processes.
* CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or working towards.
