Overview
As builders working for over 25 years across Suffolk and Norfolk we are excited to expand our team further and are seeking a reliable and dedicated Labourer to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment.
Duties
* Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
* Keeping site clean, organised and free of hazards.
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
* Supporting deliveries and distributing materials as needed.
* Assist with moving, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
* Participate in site preparation, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
* Follow health and safety procedures.
Skills
* Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
* Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the role.
* Driving Licence and own transport is preferred but not essential
* Able to adapt to changing priorities as needed.
