Are you a driven employment law specialist looking to make a difference in the public sector? Venn Group is working with a positive and welcoming legal team in a London Borough in their pursuit of an Employment Lawyer on a locum basis for an initial 6-month period.
Requirements
* Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UK
* Specialism within Employment Law, with experience of practising post-qualification
* Experience working for any public sector organisation or local authority
Duties/Responsibilities
* Advising on all matters of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious
* Advising on areas of employment law such as TUPE and equal pay
* Attending and preparing for employment tribunals
* Representing the Borough and external clients as appropriate
* Deputise for senior members of the legal team as appropriate
