Bridgman IBC, a market leader in high-performance internal fire doors, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to develop new business and expand our reach in the North of England. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson in the construction industry to join a dynamic and respected team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide intelligence, context and data on submitted quotes and customer activity.
* Close business opportunities with existing customers and new customers across the North.
* Build and nurture lasting customer relationships and actively promote Bridgman IBC’s fire door solutions.
* Provide technical sales presentations and guidance to prospects, highlighting the unique advantages of our certified internal fire door products.
* Negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfilment.
* Represent Bridgman IBC at site visits, industry events, and relevant trade shows.
About You
* Demonstrable field sales experience in the construction sector is essential.
* Knowledge of internal fire doors and relevant standards is highly advantageous.
* Strong communicator and negotiator, comfortable building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the North of the UK.
* Ability to use data to influence strategy, disciplined in intelligence and data collection.
