About Our Client

Our client is a well established business based in Gillingham seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy HR team.

Job Description

3. To maintain an accurate Staff List, providing accurate data with regards to Post Holders and current vacancies.
4. Preparing offers and contracts of employment and collecting required documentation at offer stage.
5. Co-ordinating the onboarding process to ensure that all new employees attend a Company Induction.
6. Maintaining accurate HR records on the Company's HRMS with employee information and necessary documentation.
7. Administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
8. Ensuring that compliance is achieved with regards to the checking and recording of Right to Works, Driving Licences and DBS checks.
9. To liaise with the Management Team to ensure completion of Probation Reviews.
10. To monitor and assist the Management Team with sickness and absence management.
11. To ensure that site Communication Boards are maintained with accurate information.
12. To conduct Exit Interviews with all Leavers to obtain an accurate record of the reason for leaving.
13. To assist the Management Team with notetaking at Investigation Meetings and Disciplinary Hearings as required.
14. Dealing with day-to-day HR queries ensuring that current policies and procedures are followed and ensuring that relevant matters are escalated to the HR Business Partner and Head of HR accordingly.
15. To assist with Colleague Engagement Listening Groups.
16. To support the implementation and training process of new HR systems and processes.
17. To conduct any other reasonable duties as requested.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

18. CIPD qualified or working towards
19. Previous HR administration experience
20. Strong experience in minuet taking in disciplinaries.
21. Enthusiastic and driven
22. Strong communication skills
23. Able to commute to Gillingham everyday.
