CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an HR Officer on a one year fixed-term basis in Dungannon. This role is solely based on-site, Monday to Friday with occasional travel to other sites.

They are also deeply embedded in the community by supporting and promoting a range of initiatives, along with continual investment in their members of staff.
The job:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the HR Officer will have a particular focus on recruitment where you’ll:
1. Have responsibility for the full recruitment cycle: sourcing and contacting talented candidates, assisting with their onboarding and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
2. Be part of a supportive and collaborative HR team and provide support across various HR functions when required.
The person:
3. 2 years’ minimum experience in an HR capacity with a focus on recruitment.
4. Familiar with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and being proactive in direct sourcing.
5. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written along with being a team player
6. Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
7. Proven problem solving, leadership, communication, planning and organising skills.
8. Demonstrable experience in supporting and delivering across a variety of HR projects.
9. IT proficiency – HR databases and MS Office suite.
10. Driving licence and car to meet the travel aspects of the role.
