Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various manual tasks across our site, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities
* Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed
* Supporting tradespeople and other team members with general labouring duties on-site
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
* Assisting in the transportation of tools, equipment, and materials around the site
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times to minimise risks
* Performing basic maintenance tasks as required, including tidying workspaces and minor repairs
* Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
* Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction or industrial setting
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
* Previous experience in manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
