The Opportunity
You will support the design and delivery of a forward-thinking reward framework that enables the organisation to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Working closely with senior HR leadership, Finance, and governance forums, you will help ensure reward practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the organisation's reward strategy
Lead annual reward processes including salary reviews and bonus planning
Deliver market benchmarking and provide insight to inform pay decisions
Partner with senior stakeholders to advise on compensation and benefits matters
Help maintain strong governance and regulatory compliance
Contribute to executive remuneration preparation and committee materials
Drive enhancements across benefits and employee value proposition
What We're Looking For
Proven experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or Total Rewards
Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial awareness
Confidence engaging with senior leaders and influencing decisions
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insight
Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment is advantageous but not vital
