Excellent opportunity to be part of a great team and company as Office Facilities & HR Administrator. In this busy and varied role, you will assist in the smooth running of the head office, along with providing administrative support to the HR Manager and senior management team. Here you will be part of developing new initiatives and ensure, that together, departmental KPI’s are achieved. This is a full-time office-based position, based on the outskirts of Leicester.
The Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet all visitors and manage accordingly
2. Ensure all calls to the company switchboard are answered promptly & handled appropriately
3. Management the bookings of meeting rooms, room preparation and clearing
4. Open and distribute the post and any parcel deliveries
5. Weekly create and compile the rota for staff parking
6. Liaise with office associated contractors. e.g. cleaners, maintenance personnel etc.
7. Liaise with utility providers associated with the office
8. Ensure stationery is well stocked and controlled
9. Assist with the administration of HR records for sickness and absence
10. Company secretarial support. Maintain the share register and ensure share certificates are produced in a timely manner to enable signature at Board Meetings
11. Responsible for organising and booking hotels, travel and catering for the senior management team, as required
