About the Role Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Packaging team, responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts while proactively reaching out to drive engagement and growth. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound calls to customers. Job Opportunity • Interact with field Sales and contribute towards action plans for a specific customer portfolio to improve customer satisfaction, increase market share, increase profitability. • Maintain and support existing customer accounts and encourage growth by recommending solutions. • Responding to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples. • Use our customer relationship management system to retain key information and deepen your relationship and communicate with the wider team. • Support activity of Field Sales in the development of their customer portfolio by pro-actively selling products/services. • Processing Stock and Indent customer orders - completing administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time • Interacting and trading with suppliers by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs. • Maximise customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services and products.
