The Role:
As a People Administrator, you will play pivotal role in fostering a positive and efficient workplace by supporting the People Team in delivering excellence across people and culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR from payroll to learning and development and everything in between, where you will:
* Deliver a high-quality colleague experience by maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all People processes.
* Contribute to strategic People projects – in the past few years we’ve delivered a reward and benefits platform, launched a new learning management system, revamped our onboarding program and digitised our approach to everything!
* Be obsessed with data – producing key people insights through the careful management of systems and ensuring accuracy and reliability.
* Be there for our people – drive engagement and understanding of our policies and processes and most importantly deliver a right first-time service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, strong on excel and comfy understanding data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with our colleagues in person, on email and on teams!
* A proactive attitude and a love of fast pace, ever changing environment.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role with a desire to contribute to a dynamic team.
* An understanding of HR basics with a passion to learn more!
* You need to be able to work from our Saffron Walden office at least once a week and happy to go in more as needed.
