Job Title: Site Manager (passive fire)
Location: Nottingham
Contract: 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday
Rate: up to £250 per day
Perks: Contract, plenty of overtime available
About the Role
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experiencedSite Managerto join our client's passive fire team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work withinCommercial upgrades and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the site in Nottingham, ensuring things are running smoothly, manage subcontractors
* Deliver high-quality solutions on site, managing a project of around 500k.
* Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
Requirements
* SMSTS
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience within passive fire industry
