Role Overview
As a Site Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation, you will:
* Lead day-to-day site operations on retrofit and decarbonisation projects.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
* Ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035, health & safety, and building regulations.
* Liaise with tenants in occupied properties to minimise disruption.
* Carry out inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and quality control.
* Monitor progress against programme and escalate delays when needed.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience as a Site Manager – Retrofit & Decarbonisation or energy efficiency projects.
* Knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 compliance and decarbonisation techniques.
* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
* Experience working in occupied properties (social housing preferred).
* NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in Construction Site Management.
* Retrofit Site Supervisor training (TrustMark/PAS 2035-aligned).
* Ability to read drawings and interpret technical specifications.
