This is a fast-paced, design-led scheme requiring strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent logistics coordination within a live urban environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the day-to-day site operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and programme adherence. * Manage all site logistics, including deliveries, storage, access, waste removal, and interface with neighbouring businesses or occupants. * Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring seamless sequencing and coordination. * Liaise closely with the client, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure design intent is delivered. * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates. * Uphold health & safety compliance and carry out regular inspections and toolbox talks. ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience managing high-spec commercial fit-out projects, ideally between £1M–£5M in value. * Strong logistics planning and execution experience, particularly on constrained city-centre sites. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications are essential. * Able to read and interpret complex drawings and specifications. * Based within commutable distance to Manchester with flexibility for extended hours if required.
