Student Experience Team Leader - Bristol
£30,030 + bonus + benefits | Permanent | Full-time
We’re looking for an experienced team leader with a people-first mindset to help shape a welcoming and safe environment for students living away from home.
In this role, you’ll oversee a Student Experience Team, manage day-to-day operations, respond to incidents, and help create a supportive, community-driven atmosphere across the site. It’s hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who thrives on connection and calm leadership.
What you’ll bring:
Experience supervising or managing a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A background in customer service, accommodation, hospitality, or similar (ideal but not essential)
Ability to stay composed, supportive, and solutions-focused
