Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator available immediately? Were looking for a proactive HR professional to provide short-term support to a busy People team in Swansea. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced temporary assignment where youll be supporting the Wales People Partners with a range of employee lifecycle administration duties. This role is primarily office‑based, allowing you to work closely with the team and quickly get up to speed.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing probationary review letters and associated administration
* Managing sickness absence administration, including trigger letters and documentation
* Typing and formatting meeting notes
* Maintaining accurate employee records
* Supporting the People team with general HR administration
* Assisting with ad‑hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
About You
* Previous experience in a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role
* Confident producing HR correspondence and maintaining accurate records
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
* Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
