Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000 – £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth by:
* Connecting with SMEs: Making outbound calls to SME business owners and influencers.
* Booking Appointments: Scheduling meetings for Consultants to showcase bespoke solutions.
* Achieving Targets: Consistently meeting weekly and monthly sales goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Adhering to sales scripts and training guidelines.
* Effectively communicating the products and services to potential customers.
* Building and managing a pipeline of leads.
* Collecting customer information accurately.
* Following up with potential customers to nurture relationships.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Experience: Previous experience working in a phone based sales role.
* Positive Attitude: A passion for sales and a can-do spirit.
* Resilience: The ability to overcome challenges and maintain a positive outlook.
* Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
