About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and maintain the quality management system across several small, multidisciplinary UKAS accredited laboratories across London and the South of England. Travel will be required.
You will:
• Oversee and continually improve our quality systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Work closely with TDL’s Quality Management Group (QMG) to maintain a culture of quality and patient safety.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams, support functions, and management to drive continuous improvement.
Key requirements:
• A science degree
• HCPC registration is expected, but not essential.
• Experience in quality management in the healthcare or laboratory setting.
• Experience of using Q-pulse is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
