Groundworks Site Manager - Freelance - Immingham - Competitive Rate
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for a long-term freelance opportunity in Immingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project expected to run for 2-3 years, overseeing all aspects of groundworks from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all groundwork activities on site
* Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour
* Ensure works are completed in line with programme and specifications
* Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
* Manage site documentation and reporting
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Groundworks Site Manager
* Strong background in all aspects of groundworks (drainage, foundations, externals, roads & infrastructure)
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage programmes and subcontractors effectively
