Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on
Reward Manager
to shape and lead the reward agenda across their global business. This is a high-impact role, partnering with HR, Finance, and senior leaders to design and deliver reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate their people.
What you'll do:
* Lead the design and delivery of the total reward strategy, including compensation frameworks, benefits, and recognition programs.
* Own the annual salary, bonus, and benefits cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
* Develop innovative reward solutions, from executive bonus structures to broker compensation plans that drive performance and engagement.
* Provide insights through data analysis and clear recommendations to the HR team, senior leadership, and Remuneration Committee.
* Stay ahead of market trends and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practice across all reward programs.
* Be a trusted advisor to leaders, HR, and employees on all reward matters.
About you:
* Proven experience in Reward, including at management level (global exposure desirable).
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Power BI/Power Query a plus).
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills – confident presenting at senior/executive level.
* Commercially minded, detail-focused, and able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
