Overview
Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Maidstone.
This project is 7 weeks in duration and due to start 17/10/25
Responsibilities
Main scope of work will consist of roof repairs, repointing, strip out, structural timber repairs.
Skills & Requirements
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects
* Ideally experience within the areas listed above
* Commercial knowledge
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Working references - essential
* Will be required to interview with the client
