Job Description
3. Provide administrative support across various HR functions.

5. Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
7. Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
8. Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
9. Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and efficiency.
10. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
11. Contribute to the smooth running of the Human Resources department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time HR Officer (Temp) should have:
12. Previous experience in an HR environment, particularly within the Not For Profit sector.
13. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
14. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
15. Proficiency with HR-related software and systems.
16. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
