In the Rewards team we work closely with Executive Group Management, leaders across Hempel, and our People and Culture colleagues to develop reward policies, programmes and processes which enables us to manage this spend in the most optima l way. In this position we offer you the opportunity to lead various global reward initiatives and processes. This could be our global Bonus /Incentive eligibility project and/or our Annual Salary Review process. We are curious in exploring new ways of driving rewards so that they are compelling, competitive, and utilise knowledge of an ever-changing talent landscape, and you will be instrumental in ensuring this. Y ou r strong analytical skills will help you identify trends and market needs in collaboration with the team and local People Partners. With strong business acumen you will ensure alignment with business needs while continuously reviewing our offerings, so that Hempel is meeting the needs of our employees. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Designing Variable Pay programs Support the re-design of the Bonus program and bring in subject matter expertise, including business case development and stakeholder management. Research on market data and best practices and provide insights to support bonus design decisions. Collaborate with all project members on policy documentation related to bonus programs. 2. Ensuring Hempel ’s co mpliance towards EUPTD Assist in developing and implementing a structured Pay Equity approach across Hempel Research and explore market benchmarks and come up with best practices. Provide analytical support to ensure equitable compensation practices. 2. Ensuring Hempel stays competi tive on reward programs Supporting the development of a robust EVP for rewards Ensuring Hempel has a transpar en t and fit for purpose rewards philosophy Provide input on the alignment between internal salary ranges and market/external benchmarks. Contribute to the creation and refinement of salary ranges, ensuring consistency and market competitiveness. 3. Supporting the annual wheel for executive & senior leadership compensation program Ensuring a through data validation, insights, and stakeholder engagement. Assist with documentation and communication related to ASR processes. We believe you are most likely to succeed in this role if you have a relevant academic background at Bachelor’s or Master degree level or higher, 6 years of experience in Rewards management from a global organisation, or as a consultant, focusing on rewards, and have been managing global reward projects.
