Are you an experienced Supply Chain Quality Manager looking to join a dynamic and innovative aerospace organisation? This company is seeking a talented and dedicated professional to oversee the quality assurance and delivery of critical components in their supply chain.
As the Supply Chain Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to support the company's operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage milestones and product life cycle reviews to protect business operations
* Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee equipment suppliers and ensure contract execution
* Maintain on-time, on-quality, and on-cost (OQOTOC) performance
* Lead progress meetings, gate reviews, change management, and non-conformity processes
* Provide key support to the development team by bringing industrial manufacturing expertise
* Perform effective control of supplier activities and manage relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
* An engineering or master's degree in a related field
* Background in procurement, quality, programmes/projects, production/AIT, or engineering project management
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proficiency in English, with the ability to negotiate at a high level
* Willingness to travel for business needs (typically 1-2 times per month)
