My client is seeking a hands-on Quality professional ready to take the next step in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive Quality Manager to support the Technical function and drive food safety, quality, and compliance standards across the site.

The Role
As Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, legality, and quality. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day quality control, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out quality checks across raw materials, production, and finished goods
* Maintain high factory standards, including GMP, hygiene, and housekeeping
* Monitor CCPs and ensure accurate record keeping
* Support allergen management and traceability processes
* Assist with BRCGS and customer compliance requirements
* Conduct internal audits and drive corrective actions
* Investigate non-conformances and support complaint resolution
* Deliver training and guidance to production teams on quality standards
* Support intake checks, product specifications, and labelling compliance
* Play an active role in audit preparation and ensure the site is always audit-ready
About You
* Experience in a Quality or QA role within FMCG or food manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards
* HACCP Level 2 or 3 qualified
* Confident carrying out audits, inspections, and investigations
* Hands-on, detail-focused, and comfortable working on the factory floor
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence and challenge where needed
Desirable
* Knowledge of BRCGS standards
* Experience working with major retailer requirements
