The Role

This is a pivotal role within our sales team, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your career in automotive sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and representing the Paul Rigby Ltd brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to post-sale support.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle range, promotions, and financing options.
* Assist with showroom presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
* Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to maximise customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.


Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in automotive or related sales roles, ideally within a dealership environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
* Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence in using CRM software and basic IT applications.
* Full UK driving licence.
* A passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
