Key responsibilities (No Cold Calling)
Lead, support, and mentor a team of inbound call centre operators
Set the standard for customer engagement and communication excellence
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
Drive appointment setting, lead management, and data accuracy
Foster a positive and energetic team culture
Work closely with management to improve processes and customer outcomes
About you
Previous experience in a call centre or sales leadership role
Confident communicator with a strong customer focus
Skilled at motivating and mentoring a team
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
Passionate about hitting targets and celebrating wins
