A growing specialist consultancy within the housing and property sector is looking for a Junior / Intermediate Data Processor / Developer to join its team in Farnham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong IT or technical background who enjoys working with data, databases, and process improvement. The role combines data processing, database management, and software development, offering hands‑on exposure across a variety of systems and operational projects within a small, collaborative business.
Key Responsibilities
* Process, validate, and maintain large datasets accurately and efficiently
* Develop and improve internal tools, scripts, and workflow automation solutions
* Manage databases and ensure data integrity and consistency
* Support operational teams with technical and reporting solutions
* Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
* Troubleshoot data, database, and technical issues as required
* Maintain clear documentation of systems and processes
Skills & Experience
* Experience with Microsoft Access
* Good understanding of databases and SQL querying
* Experience with VBA, Python, or other programming languages
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Experience working with large datasets
* Understanding of automation and process improvement
* Familiarity with reporting or workflow tools
* Interest in AI‑assisted development or automation technologies
