Temporary Payroll & HR Administrator Location: Nottingham (Primarily office‑based) Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Contract: Temporary We're supporting a Nottingham‑based organisation seeking a Temporary Payroll & HR Administrator to join their team. This is a 50/50 split role covering both payroll administration and HR support, ideal for someone organised, detail‑driven, and confident working in a busy office environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Inputting new starters, leavers, and contract changes into the integrated HR/payroll system Inputting payroll data, processing changes, and handling payroll queries Drafting offer letters, contracts, and contract amendment letters Coordinating onboarding processes and maintaining recruitment tracking systems Supporting the wider HR and payroll team with day‑to‑day tasks as required 🔹 Desirable Experience: Knowledge of iTrent (highly desirable) Experience in Education (highly desirable) Previous experience in a dual HR/payroll role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Must be available immediately!
