About Us
We run high-energy TikTok Lives and podcast-style conversations focused on weddings, music, DJs, and real talk. Think live moments, reactions, advice, games, guest clips, and chaotic but fun energy.
Your job is to turn long-form lives + Riverside recordings into scroll-stopping short-form content.
This is NOT corporate podcast editing. We want clips that feel native to TikTok and Reels.
What You'll Be Doing
Chop up TikTok Lives & Riverside recordings into short-form clips
Pull strong hooks, reactions, funny moments, hot takes, and teaching moments
Edit for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts (vertical-first mindset)
Add clean captions/subtitles (TikTok-style, not boring lower thirds)
Light jump cuts, pacing, zooms, emphasis — keep it dynamic
Occasionally suggest clip ideas from longer recordings
What We're Looking For
Experience editing TikTok Live content or podcasts
Understands TikTok pacing, hooks, and retention
Comfortable working with long recordings and finding the gold
Can match a natural, conversational, non-corny vibe
Knows how to make clips feel native (not overproduced)
Bonus: understands wedding, DJ, music, or creator space
Style & Examples (Important)
We're looking for clips that feel like:
Podcast moments that stop the scroll
Live reactions, advice, debates, or funny exchanges
Clean but energetic, not flashy-for-no-reason

2–4 examples of short-form clips you've edited
At least one example pulled from a podcast or live stream
Tell us what makes a TikTok clip "work" in your opinion
Workflow
