Podcast editor job description

As a Podcast Editor, your main responsibility is to ensure the seamless production and delivery of high-quality audio content. You will be involved in the entire post-production process, from editing and mixing audio tracks, adding sound effects and music, to finalising the podcast for publishing. You may also work closely with podcast hosts and producers to shape the content of the podcast. Your role requires strong technical skills in audio editing software, a keen ear for detail, and a solid understanding of storytelling to create engaging and compelling podcasts. Previous experience in a similar role or in broadcast media is often required.
