Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Essex with opportunities for partial remote work. The role involves generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with customers on all CMS products, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely follow‑ups with potential and existing clients to convert leads into sales. The role will also include contributing to and executing sales strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications
* Proven ability in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales and relationship building
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
* Highly organized with strong time‑management skills
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Background or knowledge of NVOCC logistics or transportation is a plus
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
