You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering service, ensuring it meets the highest standards while respecting the cultural nuances of our client.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the catering team, promoting continuous improvement and training
* Drive innovation and collaborate on introducing new culinary concepts
* Oversee chef development and ensure menus align with client expectations and trends
* Maintain client reporting to monitor satisfaction and performance
* Work with events teams to deliver impactful catering experiences
* Enhance operational efficiency through process improvement
* Build strong relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholders
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Food Safety Level 3 certified with a strong chef background and team leadership experience
* Proven passion for food and delivering excellent customer service
* Experienced in using EPOS till systems and food ordering platforms
* Proficient in Microsoft Office for operational and reporting tasks
* Strong communication skills to build and maintain client confidence
* Skilled in managing kitchen operations and team performance
* Committed to high food safety and service standards
