At PTSG, we’re looking for an HR Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our people through an exciting period of growth. This is a hands‑on HR services role, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle and helping us embed, improve and consistently deliver high‑quality HR processes across the business. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be a core part of our HR Services team, providing day‑to‑day operational support and ensuring our people processes run smoothly and accurately. This will include: Coordinating end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a professional, well‑organised experience for employees and managers. Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting colleagues with policies, processes, benefits and general HR guidance. Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring data quality and compliance at all times. Supporting the delivery of HR activity across the full employee lifecycle, including changes to terms, internal moves, leavers and lifecycle checks. Assisting with the embedding, standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying where things can be done better, clearer or more efficiently. Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure consistent ways of working during a period of ongoing growth and change. This role is less about system implementation and more about doing HR services well, getting the basics right, and helping build strong, scalable processes that support a growing organisation. What we’re looking for: Strong administration skills and experience, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently. Previous HR administration or HR services experience is ideal, but candidates with a solid administrative background and exposure to HR processes will also be considered. Highly detail‑focused and organised, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and getting things right first time. Personable and professional, comfortable acting as a point of contact for colleagues and responding to HR queries. Experience working in a shared services or operational environment would be beneficial. An interest in embedding, following and improving processes, with a proactive and reliable approach.
