We’re looking for a driven, proactive Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and delivering solutions that help businesses.
This is a great opportunity for someone with proven telesales or outbound sales experience who’s looking to take ownership of results, work with a respected brand, and be rewarded for performance.
What You’ll Do
* Make proactive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
* Re-engage lapsed customers and grow sales within existing accounts.
* Use different systems, call lists, and CRM tools to identify and generate quality leads.
* Respond promptly to inbound enquiries by phone and email.
* Produce accurate, competitive quotations in collaboration with suppliers and colleagues.
* Understand customer challenges and recommend the right solutions.
* Present our product range confidently, address objections, and close sales.
* Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Keep CRM records up to date and use data to support effective selling.
* Work closely with field sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to maximise results.
* Share insights on customer needs and market trends to support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in outbound sales or telesales, ideally in a proactive calling environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A results-driven mindset with resilience and persistence.
* Comfortable using CRM and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new industries and products.
* GCSE level education or above, with sales background preferred.
