We are currently recruiting for a driven and ambitious Commercial Motor Sales Executive to join a growing specialist insurance business based in Dartford, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a target‑driven Commercial Motor Sales Executive to join a fast‑paced sales environment with uncapped earning potential and genuine career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales enquiries from prospective commercial motor customers
* Provide competitive insurance quotations tailored to customer needs
* Explain policy features, benefits, and cover options clearly and confidently
* Identify opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
* Handle objections professionally to maximise conversion rates
* Accurately gather client risk information and present it to insurer partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with insurer underwriting teams
* Produce compliant client documentation and policy paperwork
* Manage new business administration and account handling
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous sales experience, ideally telephone‑based
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Commercial awareness and results‑driven mindset
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Self‑motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Desire to learn, develop, and progress within the business
Desirable Experience
* Insurance or financial services experience
* Commercial motor, fleet, or taxi insurance knowledge
* Experience working with lead‑generated sales enquiries
