Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Systems of the project to ensure Digital Construction and lean digital processes are implemented and managed
2. Support in Tenders and prequalification process when required by Project Director or UK & IRE Senior Quality & Assurance Manager
3. Support Innovation initiatives, raise new opportunities and lead when required
4. Manage, communicate, promote and enforce the Employer’s Requirements for Quality Management in line with FC’s Quality Management System and the Client
5. Take the lead role in facilitating and conducting Quality sessions with Project Management and Work Packages teams including suppliers
6. Liaise closely with Employer’s Quality leader representative and organize quality events
7. Advise and guide the Project Management team on quality procedures
8. Monitor compliance of the QMP with the assistance of the Quality Advisor throughout the project, ensuring processes support the Employer’s Requirements for quality assurance
9. Ensure that an effective audit program is developed and audits are undertaken by qualified auditors
10. Promote and maintain the Right First Time/continuous improvement at all levels
11. Full implementation and ownership of the project CDE and Field Systems
12. Complete Management review as required
13. Develop and execute the Ferrovial Construction and Project Quality Engagement Plan
14. Analyze trends of non-conformities, implement measures to prevent reoccurrence, and ensure their timely closure
15. Deploy, maintain and manage the Quality management System of the project
16. Ensure correct and timely KPI reporting and maintain a Works Package quality register
17. Ensure compliance with FC processes and management systems
18. Establish and maintain a matrix of authorized signatories and competent personnel
19. Promote regular quality reviews by the Project Management team
20. Advise project management and suppliers on the production of certificates of compliance
21. Ensure that a HAZOP study is initiated and addressed progressively
22. Promote company values in dealings with employees, clients, subcontractors, and external contacts
23. Ensure processes are digitized and correctly implemented
24. Manage Handover and Asset Integration, Document Control, and the Quality Assurance Department
Skills and Competences:
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at various levels throughout Ferrovial
* Cooperative, collaborative, with the ability to work with different departments
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar disciplines
* Experience working on large infrastructure and construction projects
* Experience managing multiple interdisciplinary teams
* Leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and commitment
* Valid CSCS card for site work
