Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based at our Middlesbrough branch. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles and services. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role also involves meeting sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers and team members
* Sales expertise, including negotiation and closing techniques, as well as the ability to meet and exceed targets
* Customer service skills to deliver an exceptional purchasing experience and build long-term relationships
* Familiarity with the automotive industry and knowledge of the range of cars and services offered is advantageous
* Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and willingness to learn new systems
* Valid driver’s license
* Previous experience in sales, retail, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
