1. Following management instructions
2. Maintaining a tidy work site
3. Moving materials efficiently
4. Ensuring walkways are clear

Requirements:
1. Valid CSCS card
2. Strong work ethic and reliability
3. Own PPE
4. Must be able to provide a reference from previous employer
5. Relevant experience and references from previous contractors
