Customer Service Manager | £35 to £40K | Stocksbridge My client is a leading provider of converted vehicles for the commercial market, including leisure, last mile delivery, and emergency service vehicles, supplying customers across the UK and overseas. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team based in Stocksbridge, Sheffield (S36). This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Working hours: 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday (fully office based) Main tasks include: Receiving initial customer queries by telephone or email Responding in a timely manner to our customers Dealing directly with all of our in-group businesses Liaising with dealerships repair shops. Ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times. Following up for updates on progress.
Communicating with suppliers as required. Ensuring databases are kept up to date at all times. Producing professional correspondence/documentation.
Dealing with general enquiries Working in conjunction with various departments - production engineering supply chain QC- find the most cost effective solution to rectify Instigate rectification either in house or via 3rd party Track and monitor Keep customer updated and appraised of developments Check all work done satisfactorily - and...
