Job type: Full time, temporary to permanent Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. · Support HR and management teams with day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate and confidential records. · Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage recruitment and candidate pipelines. · Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation. · Schedule and confirm interviews, maintaining clear communication with candidates and managers. · Support payroll accuracy by ensuring HR data and documentation are up to date. · Assist with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive culture. · Help coordinate staff events, meetings, and training sessions. · Maintain HR systems, databases, and policies, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. · Provide administrative support including note taking, correspondence, and report preparation. Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: · Proven experience in HR administration or a similar people focused role. · Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Confident using Microsoft 365 and HR databases. · High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information. · A proactive, solution driven approach and the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
