BMS require a part time work in a site based HR/IR support role; ideally someone with construction experience for an ongoing Project in Ayrshire.
The correct candidate will deal with return to work interviews (following absence), assisting the Site Manager the with conversations with the operatives, admin of disciplinary processes, talk with the operatives regarding concerns etc.
A background in HR/IR with a pleasent nature would be ideal for the role
