Enva is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join the team at our Paisley depot. In this role, you will support revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound sales activity, and converting opportunities into new business. The role includes a strong focus on telesales, engaging potential clients, promoting hazardous waste services, and booking appointments for field-based Business Development Managers. ng and expanding existing accounts within the hazardous waste sector. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paisley (5 days a week). Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across target industries (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, healthcare) Follow up on marketing leads, inbound enquiries, and dormant accounts Generate qualified appointments for field sales teams Maintain a consistent call cadence to meet activity targets Identify customer needs and recommend suitable hazardous waste solutions Prepare and deliver quotes for smaller or standard service requirements Close sales over the phone where appropriate Support the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding Manage a portfolio of smaller or transactional accounts Build relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Upsell and cross-sell additional services (e.g., collections, compliance support) Accurately log all interactions and opportunities in CRM systems (including Tegos) Maintain up-to-date customer records and pipeline data Produce quotes, proposals, and basic reports Develop a working understanding of hazardous waste classifications and disposal methods Ensure all sales activities align with environmental and regulatory requirements Communicate compliance-related information clearly to customers Work closely with sales, transport, technical and operations teams Share qualified leads and intelligence with existing Sales Team Develop marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives This is not an exhaustive list. You may also be required to carry out other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in and that also meet the requirements of this role. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in inside sales, customer service with a sales focus Strong communication and objection-handling skills Confidence in making high volumes of outbound calls Good organisational and time-management skills Basic IT skills and experience using CRM systems Ideally some experience in waste management, environmental services, or industrial sectors Why Work For Enva?
