Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)Contract Type: Agency Contract Industry: Energy / Drilling / ROV / MarineA leading organisation within the Energy sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Professional to join their team on a 6-month initial contract with the opportunity to move to permanent contract.This role is ideally suited to a strong HR generalist who can support both office based and offshore populations in a fast paced, operational environment.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Deliver full 360 HR support across corporate, operational and offshore workforces• Manage employee relations matters across diverse workforce groups• Support offshore personnel, including rotations, logistics and compliance requirements• Lead on onboarding, performance management, absence, HR advisory and employee engagement• Partner closely with operational leaders while working autonomously• Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives________________________________________About YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:• Strong employee relations experience• Previous HR experience within Energy, Drilling, ROV, Marine or other safety critical industries• Experience supporting offshore personnel• Broad generalist HR capability with an operational focus• CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (desirable)• Confidence influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels________________________________________What’s on Offer £45 per hour (PAYE) Initial 6 month contract with strong potential to convert to permanent Hybrid working arrangement Exposure to a respected organisation within the Energy sector Varied and autonomous 360 HR role across onshore and offshore teams
