Job Description:

This is a remote role.

GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy focused on governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers.
* Articulate GRC Solutions's value proposition and educate customers on its benefits.
* Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts.
* Build trust and relationships with senior executives through professionalism and knowledge.
* Identify opportunities within targeted markets and develop relationships with decision-makers.
* Assist customers in identifying cyber security and data privacy compliance opportunities.
* Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and prepare proposals for stakeholders.
* Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.
* Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors.
* Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge.
* Provide feedback to support sales strategy.


Person Specification


Essential Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling.
* Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
* Experience in senior sales or key account management roles.
* Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
* Contract negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
* Experience working with C-Suite executives.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
* Experience with tenders and proposals.
* Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Desirable Skills and Experience

* Basic contract law knowledge.
* Familiarity with key account management methodologies.
* Ambitious, driven, and highly organized.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
