An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading precision machining organisation based in Berkshire, known for their strong reputation in delivering high-quality products and continuous improvement across their operations.

The company offers a comprehensive suite of in-house capabilities from design and manufacture to assembly and testing, enabling them to deliver complete engineering solutions for projects at any stage of development.
As a Quality Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full range of quality engineering duties – from managing audits, analysing quality data, leading root cause investigations and corrective actions, to supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure compliance, drive best practices, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
Skills & Experience Needed:
• Precision machining background
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100D
• Experience with internal & external audits
• Knowledge of quality tools (5 Whys, 8D, FMEA, etc.)
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
