What you’ll bring to the role
* Love every customer that walks through the door, sends an email, or calls about buying a car.
* Learn about your customers; small details can make a big difference. Remembering how someone takes their coffee may brighten their day!
* Support customers in choosing the right new or used car to meet their needs and help us achieve our targets.
* Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers updated via videos and check-ins.
* Hand over the keys and delight in their experience of that ‘new car’ smell.
