Job Description
As the HR Officer you will be responsible for:
3. The delivery of a proactive, effective and efficient day to day HR service for employees
4. Payroll and data management/reporting
5. Compliance
6. Recruitment and selection - helping to create job specifications, conduct interviews and organise new starters pre-employment checks and onboarding
7. Organising staff training and development plans
8. Helping develop organisational charts and look at potential restructuring techniques
9. Organising performance appraisals
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
10. Be confident to work as the only onsite HR contact
11. Ideally have completed or be studying towards CIPD
12. Have strong knowledge in HR in order to provide advice and support to the wider business
13. Be personable and reliable
14. Be able to work independently and be the expert in your field.
