The Role
Were looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our dedicated HR team. This role is at the heart of our people function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping us provide an excellent employee experience.
As HR Administrator, youll be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate HR records for staff, volunteers, and sessional workers
* Managing absence records and updating HR databases
* Being first point of contact for all internal and external HR queries via phone, email, and mailbox
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding from advertising roles and collating applications to issuing contracts and completing pre-employment checks
* Processing DBS checks and acting as a counter-signatory
* Assisting with letters, contracts, and HR documentation
* Promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding across all HR activities
Youll report to the HR Advisor and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, supporting a team of around 270 employees as we continue to grow.
About You

Experience in HR administration or knowledge of HR processes would be an advantage, but what matters most is your motivation, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
