Description
Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Assisting with recruitment processes and new employee onboarding.
Maintaining HR records and databases.
Organising HR-related documents.
Assisting with employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Coordinating HR meetings and taking minutes.
Assisting with the development of HR policies and procedures.
Supporting the HR team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks.Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
